WE ARE SO EXCITED TO WELCOME YOU AND YOUR FAMILY TO VBS!

Here are some reminders to help the week go smoothly:

Parking

We are under construction! This does limit our parking. Please view the map below for more information.

Family Dinner 5:45-6:15 PM

All are welcome to join us for a family dinner before VBS.  You are responsible for your children during dinner. There will be no access to the building until 6:15 PM when check-in begins. 

Monday - Pancakes
Tuesday - Tacos
Wednesday - Spaghetti
Thursday - Pizza 

CHECK IN

Check-In begins at 6:15 PM. There will be no access to the building until 6:15 PM. For your convenience, there will be a porta potty in the back parking lot for use before 6:15 PM.

Please use the last 4 digits of your phone number to check your child(ren) in.  If you need assistance, please see one of our volunteers in a purple t-shirt. 

Please keep your parent tag when you drop your child off. 

Pre-K Check In is upstairs. Please enter via the double doors under the Pavilion (where Family Dinner is provided) if you have a Pre-K-aged child to check in. Then proceed down the upstairs hallway and the back stairwell down to the Pre-K classrooms. 

Elementary, please check in downstairs. If you have both Pre-k and elementary-aged children, you can use either check-in station. Elementary children should be escorted by their parents to their age group leader in the sanctuary. 

Pick Up
Please have your parent tag at pick up. If someone other than you will be picking up your child(ren), please give them the parent tag or make sure they have a picture of it to show us. Pre-K children should be picked up first from their classroom, and elementary children from the sanctuary. Children must stay in the sanctuary until a parent picks him/her up. Children will not be permitted to meet their parents in the lobby.

Snacks

Monday- Fish Food (Chex Mix, Goldfish, Dye-free gummy bears)
Tuesday- Freeze Pops and Assorted Chips

Wednesday- Salvation Mix (Ritz crackers, craisins, pretzels,  mini-marshmallows, M&M's)

*Please be sure to put a sticker on your child’s name tag if they have a food allergy

Clash of the Coins

We will be doing our Boys vs Girls Clash of the Coins to support Pathway Missions in the Dominican Republic.  Remember, dollar bills count as a pound! All money raised will be used to purchase school supplies for the children there.
