Dear OHC Parents,

Christmas is coming, and with it, our annual children’s Christmas play and class parties! Please mark your calendars for Sunday, December 15th, during BOTH services.

We need you to register your child for the play and yourself to volunteer to help or volunteer to send needed items. Once you begin registration, there will be options available to check for both. If your child requests a “special part”, you will soon be receiving an email about their part, upcoming extra practices and other information.

We will be learning songs in Kid’s Church but still need you to practice at home and on the go! Click here for songs.

FYI:

* Elementary children should wear Christmas Clothes/Outfits for the program. (Any Christmas themed outfit or red, green, or white shirt will will work great!)

* Prek 3’s should wear Christmas outfits.

* Prek 4’s should wear - white, brown, or black shirts to be barn animals (sheep, donkeys, cows). OHC will provide headbands with ears.

* Practices are Sunday, November 24th, Sunday, December 1st, and Sunday, December 8th, immediately after the 11:00 service and will last until 2:30pm. Lunch will be served.

* The only practice 3 and 4 year olds attend is the December 8th practice. All other children should attend all 3. Please let us know if your child can’t attend one of these practices.

*If you are willing to help direct a group of children during the play, set up and serve lunch for practices, help with the between service party for the kids on December 15th, or just be an extra set of hands, let us know. We love to have lots of help!*
