About Media Pass

This badge identifies the bearer as:

  • An authorized media personnel affiliated with Orchard Hills Church.

  • Responsible for video, photo, and documentation for worship services, outreach projects, event coverage, and ministry activities.

  • Approved to carry professional-grade media and photographic equipment in support of these duties.

  • Able to present supporting documents upon request, such as:

    • A travel letter of assignment.

    • A detailed inventory of gear.

    • Contact information for church leadership or media oversight staff.Air Travel Considerations

Airline, TSA, and Customs Notes

Please take note of the following travel-related considerations for this traveler:

  • Professional Equipment Handling

    • Media cases may be larger, heavier, or irregular in shape.

    • Contents often include sensitive electronics (e.g., cameras, drones, audio gear).

    • Hard cases and protective gear are used to prevent damage.

  • Battery & Drone Regulations

    • Bearer is aware that lithium-ion batteries must be carried on board and are individually protected.

    • Drones and accessories comply with FAA and international UAV transport regulations.

  • Additional Checked or Carry-On Baggage

    • Travelers may have extra checked or carry-on items related to production gear.

    • Some airlines offer media baggage policies; we appreciate flexibility where possible.

  • Priority Boarding & Crew Assistance
